Lisa announced a few events coming up.
Membership
The Membership Handbook is done. The potluck was a big success, only spending $175 to fund it.
Vision
Tom said his main concern is the Strategic Plan, which has been postponed to January. Dave Medema has been made aware of our timeframe.
Jerry outlined a list of suggestions he came up with as things to think about and rank in order of importance.
Product
Danielle had sent an email in her absence that we all read before the meeting.
Jerry said that there were a number of people in the queue that had not handed in applications, and he would work with Danielle on contacting them.
Web
The forums are live now. Paul encouraged Board members to use them as well as the wiki stating he believes that we get what we give out of them.
3. Old Business
There was no old business to discuss.
4. New Business
Budget – Paul passed out budgets based on 2, 4, and 5% surcharges. It was clear to see that if we continue at 2%, the co-op will not survive. Our 3 employees have not been paid since May because there was no money left from the monthly profits after all the monthly expenses had been paid.
Georgia made a motion to increase the membership and producer surcharges to 5%. Motion seconded by Nathan Creswick. Motion carried.

Set date for Strategic Planning – The Board chose 2 dates in January (5 or 12) that we will give to Dave Medema to coordinate.
